BRITTON, Mary - 1914 - Putnam

“Roachdale News” May 4 – Mrs. Mary Britton, an old and highly respected lady, died at 9 o’clock last night (May 3) at her home on South Meridian Street. She had been ill for a few weeks but her death came as a shock to her many relatives and friends. The funeral will be held in the Baptist Church tomorrow at 11 o’clock conducted by Rev. Airhart of Greencastle and interment in Lebanon cemetery. - kbz
